Hi Karen,

I must tell you that our group had a fantastic time last night !! The ship
was lovely and clean. The staff on board were very friendly and
approachable. The food was delicious! And the DJ was very accepting of our
numerous song requests and even let me hog the microphone for a little
while......

I could have danced the night away until the wee hours and actually felt a
bit of sadness as the ship returned to dock.

The comments we received from our guests were all very positive and some
have already asked if we are going to do it again next summer.

I really appreciate you coming by the ship to see us off, what a wonderful
personal touch!!

I would not hesitate in booking again with your company. Many, many thanks
to all of you at Jubilee Queen for a such memorable evening.

Hi Tory,

On behalf of everyone that attended our function on Saturday we all thank you and the boat crew very much.
I have only heard good things from people. The food was great. The DJ was awesome a lot of fun. The captain let a bunch of us eat upstairs even though we weren't suppose to, that was greatly appreciated by the people sitting up there. The bartenders were really great too. Over all it was an excellent time.

We would like to book again for next year how soon do we book?

We were extremely impressed by the superior customer service we received from your staff. They were continuously attentive and present throughout the evening. Whether it be accommodating an early boarding for our guests due to cold weather and timing issues, providing us with additional raffle tickets to sell or assisting with a search for lost car keys towards the end of the evening, your staff always went above and beyond.

All of our guests raved about the outstanding menu. Please pass on our compliments to the chef! Our event was only one of many successful activities organized during the weeklong Veteran’s Reunion Celebration, but from the feedback that we have received, it was certainly enjoyed by all.

OK where do I begin!!!!!! Thank you for all your hard work on making our
dinner cruise such a success! Our customers who were on the cruise Friday
night, talked about it all day Saturday! They want us to do this more
often! I really enjoyed working with you, and I was even thinking I might
want to become a cruise director! :)

To begin, the boat looked great, the dinner was excellent and the
staff / crew went above and beyond with their service. As it turned out, our
customers wanted to dance up a storm and our DJ made it happen! And we did
not come back early , hahahaha... A good time was had by all.

Please send my thank you's to everyone who worked on the cruise Friday
night. I really appreciated their hard work, professionalism, and their
smiling faces throughout the evening! A great time was had by all. You
have a great team there and many thanks to them once again!

The staff loved the cruise! One of the best PD days we have had! I thank you for making
it very easy to just arrive and have everything done for us. The food was excellent and more
than enough for all. We raised $140.00 for the SA food bank, with our draw and bingo games.
And, we saw the new location for the GBC waterfront campus at the foot of Sherbourne Street.
I personally found the guided tour of the islands informative and interesting, and I think that it gave
a lot of people an insight into the history of the islands that they were not aware of before.

Thank you again, and I would hope that we could do something like that again. (I would not
be surprised if you are contacted by other GBC personnel wanting to do a cruise. We are always
copied!)

Good Afternoon Karen,

I have just gotten back from vacation and am finally getting around to composing emails with
respect to our past weekends training sessions.

I want to thank you and your crew for the tremendous job they did on making our guests feel
incredibly welcome, well feed, and happy. Everyone had an amazing time! The food was great,
the bar was perfectly stocked, the gaming was fun and they couldn’t get enough dancing. It was perfect!

It was certainly a memorable experience and I would highly recommend the Jubilee Queen for future events.

I just wanted to let you know what an amazing time we had on Friday night
(August 29th). The cruise was amazing. The food was great and the music.

Everyone was so nice to us. I also wanted to mention to you about the waitress we had.
Elizabeth was just great to us. She was very kind and pleasant and helped us with the birthday cake and getting our stuff together at the end of the night. She should be recognized for a great job that she does as so many times people do not get the recognition they deserve and also in this day and age sometimes it is rare that you get such pleasant people doing that type of job.

So thank you so much for organizing it all for us. We have decided that this is something we are going to do every year and hopefully have more people to add to our group as well.

Your crew were terrific. They were there anticipating the needs of our guests, being visible without being overbearing. Very professional people. WELL DONE!

The meal was superb and the desert was to die for. My compliments to the chef.

And that weather you ordered up for us was just perfect.

Everyone was excited about going on the cruise, but the real telling of how an event went is the level of excitement at the end of the day. Boy were these people excited. They could say enough about what a great day it was.

On Friday, September 12 Christine, her husband, father and I took advantage of your kind offer
of dinner and cruise. It was one of the most pleasant evenings we have had in a long time and
my husband was able to get a feel of where the wedding took place.
