Hi.

I was compelled to just let you know how much of a great time I had on your boat. Initially The wonderful staff and how friendly and approachable they were it was a pleasure to be able to experience this little adventure as I had never been on any cruise for that matter. I didn't even know what to expect but all in all very good as the food was great, the Boat very clean and comfortable, I would do this in a New York, wait a Toronto minute. OH hold on cause I will be doing this AGAIN as I had originally bought 4 tickets and now 2 are gone. So then with that said I would recommend everyone to come out and take a Cruise around the Harbourfront on the Jubilee Queen. Thank you so much for a great evening, please pass this along to your staff as they should know what a good job they are doing, and lets not forget about the DJ as well for the great music.

PS.. You even ended it with grab bags, OMG who does this, you are definitely a One of a Kind experience, thank you again.

Just want to let you know what a fabulous time we had on our sit down dinner cruise on Saturday evening.
 
The food was way above the regular fare (each item salad, entrée, chicken was the best we've ever had, and the tiramisu was exceptional.
 
The atmosphere and dancing were great as well.

I just wanted to let you know what a fabulous time we had on Friday night. Thanks for organizing everything for us. It was great. The food was amazing and I had requested a plain chicken breast which I got. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The music was great as well.

I have used another cruise before and they are not even close to as great as you guys.

Jason, you did a fantastic job from the start of this program right to the end. Thanks for being the MC for the night, you definitely know how to make a crowd feel welcome and I especially loved the limbo!

Hi Karen,

I must tell you that our group had a fantastic time last night !! The ship
was lovely and clean. The staff on board were very friendly and
approachable. The food was delicious! And the DJ was very accepting of our
numerous song requests and even let me hog the microphone for a little
while......

I could have danced the night away until the wee hours and actually felt a
bit of sadness as the ship returned to dock.

The comments we received from our guests were all very positive and some
have already asked if we are going to do it again next summer.

I really appreciate you coming by the ship to see us off, what a wonderful
personal touch!!

On behalf of everyone that attended our function on Saturday we all thank you and the boat crew very much.
I have only heard good things from people. The food was great. The DJ was awesome a lot of fun. The captain let a bunch of us eat upstairs even though we weren't suppose to, that was greatly appreciated by the people sitting up there. The bartenders were really great too. Over all it was an excellent time.

OK where do I begin!!!!!! Thank you for all your hard work on making our
dinner cruise such a success! Our customers who were on the cruise Friday
night, talked about it all day Saturday! They want us to do this more
often! I really enjoyed working with you, and I was even thinking I might
want to become a cruise director! :)

To begin, the boat looked great, the dinner was excellent and the
staff / crew went above and beyond with their service. As it turned out, our
customers wanted to dance up a storm and our DJ made it happen! And we did
not come back early , hahahaha... A good time was had by all.

The staff loved the cruise! One of the best PD days we have had! I thank you for making
it very easy to just arrive and have everything done for us. The food was excellent and more
than enough for all. We raised $140.00 for the SA food bank, with our draw and bingo games.
And, we saw the new location for the GBC waterfront campus at the foot of Sherbourne Street.
I personally found the guided tour of the islands informative and interesting, and I think that it gave
a lot of people an insight into the history of the islands that they were not aware of before.

Thank you again, and I would hope that we could do something like that again. (I would not
be surprised if you are contacted by other GBC personnel wanting to do a cruise. We are always
copied!)

I have just gotten back from vacation and am finally getting around to composing emails with
respect to our past weekends training sessions.

I want to thank you and your crew for the tremendous job they did on making our guests feel
incredibly welcome, well feed, and happy. Everyone had an amazing time! The food was great,
the bar was perfectly stocked, the gaming was fun and they couldn’t get enough dancing. It was perfect!

It was certainly a memorable experience and I would highly recommend the Jubilee Queen for future events.

I just wanted to let you know what an amazing time we had on Friday night
(August 29th). The cruise was amazing. The food was great and the music.

Everyone was so nice to us. I also wanted to mention to you about the waitress we had.
Elizabeth was just great to us. She was very kind and pleasant and helped us with the birthday cake and getting our stuff together at the end of the night. She should be recognized for a great job that she does as so many times people do not get the recognition they deserve and also in this day and age sometimes it is rare that you get such pleasant people doing that type of job.

So thank you so much for organizing it all for us. We have decided that this is something we are going to do every year and hopefully have more people to add to our group as well.
