Shipping
We do not mail actual tickets to you. Your online confirmation is all that is needed in order for you and your guests to board on the day of the cruise. Please print and bring the online confirmation with you. Upon your arrival at the ship, please proceed to the check in table. You will be identified for boarding confirmation by your last name and given your reserved table number/s. If you are bringing a number of guest with you they will all be listed under your last name.
Returns
As there are only a limited amount of seats available, all sales are final. There are no cancellations or change of dates under any circumstances. Should you or one of your guests be unable to attend you may transfer those tickets to another party (replacement guest/s must be 12 years or older for our dinner cruises). Please call our office to inform us of the change.
Purchases
- When purchasing tickets online you can use your Visa or Master Card.
- Tickets can also be purchased at our office by credit card (Visa / Master Card), Debit or Cash.
- All prices are in Canadian Dollars
- Charges will appear on your credit card statment from "Jubilee Queen Cruise Lines". 
Jubilee Queen Cruise Lines has the right, in its sole discretion, to add, to remove, modify or otherwise change any part of this Shipping and Returns Policy in whole or in part, at any time without notice.
