Outside Disc Jockey Guidelines
Information & guidelines about bringing in your own Disc Jockey
Although the Disc Jockeys that we
use on the ship are very good at what they do, you may decide to bring your
own DJ onboard the ship for your event.
Should the reason that you are thinking about bringing your
own DJ onboard the ship be due to special ethic music that will be
required, please note that the house DJ would be happy to play any music
that you wish to provide. Should you decide to provide the house DJ
with some music, don't forget to check with us in advance to make sure that
we are able to play the music in the format that you will be providing it
on.
If you end up choose to bring your own Disc Jockey there is
no discount on the amount charged to you as we still must have our specially
trained DJ onboard the ship to handle important safety announcements and to
oversee the house sound system which your DJ will then be welcome to make
use of under the supervision of the in-house DJ.
It is a good idea when you choose to bring in your own DJ
to... A: Let us know that you've chosen to bring your
own DJ onboard and provide us with their name
and phone numbers B: Have the DJ
that you've chosen call our office to review the
onboard equipment and procedures. It is also
suggested that they do a site visit in advance
of the party.
Please feel free to call us with any other questions that
you might have.
