The Toronto Music Garden is located on the Spadina Pier right beside the Jubilee Queen Cruise Ship On the waters edge - between Bathurst Street and Spadina Avenue

Permit Rates:

Ceremony      $ 80.00/hour    40 people maximum
Photography  $ 40.00/hour   30 people maximum

Conditions:

1. Only the bride or groom can book the park
2. Stand-up only service (except for a few chairs for the elderly and disabled)
3. Decorations not permitted (includes-balloons, streamers, banners, signs, rice or confetti)
4. Amplified sound or music not permitted – acoustic only - e.g. Live Trio allowed
5. Electricity not available and generators are not permitted
6. Arrange for own Officiating Minister – (we have the names of a few in our office)
7. No food or beverage in park – Reception onboard the Jubilee Queen Cruise Ship
8. 300 plus parking spaces at Spadina Pier Garage

Payment And Confirmation / Toronto Music Garden:

1. Toronto City Parks only accepts confirmed dates – no tentatives
   (So be absolutely sure of times and dates beforehand)
2. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable (in case of rain)
3. When you are ready to book, stand beside a fax machine with credit card info at hand. The contract will be faxed to you by the City of Toronto Parks for a signature and you must fax it back within an hour of booking time.

Weddings and Photography are allowed with appropriate permits.
